At Incandescent Reflections, every order is thoughtfully inspected and carefully packaged before it leaves our hands — because we care deeply about the experience from the moment you open your box.

While damage during transit is rare, if your order arrives less than perfect, please reach out to us at order@incandescentreflections.com immediately upon delivery. We want to make it right.

To help us resolve your concern as quickly as possible, please hold onto all original packaging materials. Once we receive your message, we'll guide you through the next steps.

Returns & Exchanges

Authorized returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the original delivery date.

To request a return or exchange:

1. Contact us at order@incandescentreflections.com upon receipt of your order.
2. All items must be unused, unburned, and returned in their original packaging.
3. Proof of purchase is required.
4. Once approved, we'll provide detailed return or exchange instructions.

Please note that returns initiated without prior authorization may not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.

Sale & Custom Items

All customized and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We recommend reaching out before your purchase if you have any questions — we're always happy to help you find the right fit.
