Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always communicate any delays transparently.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by your selected carrier and destination. While we take every precaution to ensure your order leaves us in pristine condition, Incandescent Reflections is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive a tracking confirmation once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey to you.

Packaging
